Pelvoux is a grey and red hand dyed yarn on a biodegradable nylon and superfine merino base. Light and soft, this yarn has amazing stitch definition. The nylon used decomposes in only 5 years but is as durable as regular nylon during use until it is disposed off in landfill.
The merino in this yarn is superfine (19.5 micron) and makes this yarn luxuriously soft and bouncy for next to skin comfort, with added durability thanks to the biodegradable nylon.
This yarn is perfect to make socks, scarves, cowls, jumpers and more.

Recommended Needle Size: 2.25 - 4mm needles
Gauge (stocking stitch): 28sts x 36 rows over 10cm/4 inches on 3.25mm (US 3) needles
Care instructions: wash at 30C. Dry flat. Reshape while wet.
Hand dyed with professional non toxic acid dyes. Washed after dyeing process. Be aware that the colour can bleed slightly during the first wash.
